NBN or Voip in your Home or Office? - How do I get my alarm to report back to base now?
A simple solution is to have us install a  4G Permaconn GPRS reporting unit in your alarm system that reports your alarm
signals securely via a 4G GPRS sim card/s. There are many benefits for installing a Permaconn - not just the added security over the use of a dialler phone line but also the ability to view your alarms history on your mobile phone and remote arm/disarm feature.
We also offer other options such as 4G Multicom and 4G Direct Wireless Reporting Devices.

GPRS – 4G Permaconn: The 4G Permaconn outstation transmits all alarm events via the 4G GPRS network with a fallback onto the 3G Network.. Compatible with most alarm panels this unit can be set up to poll every 90 secs, 1 hr or 12hrs.. The dual sim-redundancy (Telstra & Optus GPRS) Permaconn device is the only unit that continues to poll on an alternative wireless network in the event of a service provider outage.

When an alarm activates the alarm panel calls our Security Control Room monitoring centre in a matter of seconds as well as sounding local sirens. Our experienced staff can quickly identify the signal and respond accordingly per your requirements. We can dispatch our patrol vehicles or arrange emergency services as required.

For our business customers the alarm will report to us if is not switched on by a specific time each evening. It can also be set up to notify us if there is an after-hours entry. We can also provide reports if required such as weekly open/close times.
Our operators are on hand 24 hrs a day, 365 days of the year to assist our valued clients with all enquiries.
